ATOL Certificates

When you make a reservation with us for a package holiday or flight we will provide you, our agent, with an ATOL certificate which confirms your client's protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) number 9749. You can find out more about ATOL certificates here.

Agency agreements

As you may be aware, as part of the ATOL regulations you will need to have a signed agency agreement with us in order to sell our holidays. Your business may already have an agreement in place, but if not, it's easy to do – either way, you can find out more on our Agency Agreements page. Or simply get in touch with our trade relations team, who will be happy to help.

Training

The team are able conduct on-site training sessions for groups of any size, which cover our product and featured destinations. The sessions are fun but informative giving an excellent insight to the destination as a whole.

Meetings

We're happy to support team/managers meetings, with informal but factual overview of Red Sea Holidays, the market and tips on selling the destination.

Educationals

We firmly believe the best way to sell the product and destination is to experience it first hand! Our Egypt holiday educational programme runs year-round. Trade Fairs / Travel Shows

We are available to attend travel events to help promote the Red Sea Holidays product and featured destinations, supporting the events with special offers and marketing material.

50/50 Marketing Support

We are happy to consider all marketing opportunities supporting them on a 50/50 basis, press advertising, mail shots, themed events – please contact your Trade Relations Manager.

Marketing Material

Working in conjunction with the Egyptian Tourist Office, we are able to supply marketing material to support themed events, travel shows and window displays – please contact your Trade Relations Manager.

Flat Files

Should you require our flat file to support your online activity, please send your FTP details to your Trade Relations Manager.

Incentives

In order to develop business we're happy to support your business with staff incentives, either cash or vouchers.
